About me

I have a Master's degree in Law in the economic sectors regulated by the Complutense University of Madrid from which I graduated with honors in 2023.

I have been practicing law for more than 18 years and I have been a clerk for more than 10 years. I love what I do and I am rigorous in my work. I provide tailored services with high quality standards.

I graduated from the University of Montevideo in 2006. I specialized in Energy because I was a lawyer for ANCAP for 5 years and for the Electricity Market Administration for another 7 years. Then, I began advising the private sector and developing my teaching career starting in 2017.  I have written  a dozen doctrinal articles on my specialty in refereed journals, plus I am a reviewer  pair of academic articles for Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, Peru and the United States. I have been invited as a speaker/lecturer on topics of my specialty at a national and international level, I have taught courses in several Faculties of the University of the Republic and I have been hired as a teacher by other educational institutions.  Teaching is my second vocation.
